Variety WA Christmas Toy Appeal

We are incredibly proud to have supported our partners at ESM Resources Pty Ltd in their recent Variety WA Christmas Toy Appeal.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, ESM raised an amazing $7,219.00 worth of Christmas gifts, all going to children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disability.

Every child deserves the chance to feel the magic of Christmas, and we’re grateful to have played a small part in helping make that happen.

A huge thank you to ESM for driving such an impactful initiative.

We are incredibly grateful to have supported this year’s Pannawonica Pythons charity match. With a huge community turnout, four former AFL players on the field, and a hard-fought contest from start to finish, it was a weekend to remember. But above all, the real highlight was rallying together for three important causes: Movember, the Black Dog Institute, and Selwood charities. Every cheer, every volunteer, and every dollar raised will help support mental health, wellbeing, and families doing it tough. We couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside the Pythons and the Pannawonica community to back organisations that make such a meaningful difference.

At Guma-Warnii, we believe in supporting the next generation of Indigenous talent. That's why we were incredibly proud to sponsor the SouthSide Suns football team at the 25th Annual Syd Jackson GWABA Bunbury Carnival! It was inspiring to witness this young team, many of them first-time competitors show immense spirit and determination while competing against the region's best. This partnership is one we value deeply, and we look forward to continuing this journey with the SouthSide Suns in the seasons to come. A huge congratulations to the players, coaches, and the team behind the scenes—especially Allurah for designing the amazing footy jumper!

This NAIDOC Week, the team had a truly special morning connecting with Indigenous culture! Our very own Director and Senior Elder of the Robe River Kurama (RRK) people, Elaine James, along with her granddaughter Elainah, led a wonderful and enriching experience. They shared traditional food and invaluable knowledge around bush medicine, even taking some of our crew on a hike to discover the plants firsthand. It was an incredible morning filled with learning, respect, and deep connection. We are proud to embrace and celebrate the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
